The Dutch Taxonomy Project (NTP) has produced the Dutch Taxonomy and the process infrastructure. Financial software suppliers and accounting firms, all covenant partners of NTP, are ready to compose and exchange annual reports, tax returns and statistic filings with the use of the Dutch Taxonomy, XBRL and the process infrastructure. Thanks to this joint effort of government and private sector, reduction of administrative burden now is possible.
NTP continues with harmonisation, normalisation and standardisation, based on the principles of Standard Business Reporting <link>. The evolution in financial and business reporting has reached its next phase: Standard Business Reporting in action. The results of this action are shown from May 5 - 8 2008 at the Evoluon in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. With the title “Evolution in business reporting” three events take place.
